I was hoping to have these up in a different way yesterday, but couldn’t figure it out. So here’s the simple way of doing it: zipped up. There’s two new zips of some music you’ll be hearing in AW over in the Downloads section.

Well, I was gonna wait until tomorrow, but what the heck. Enjoy some new Screen Shots a day early. w00t. Some of them showcase Phalanx’s work, so if you’re wondering what kind of stuff he’s doing, that will give you a sample.
I may still have some more stuff for you tomorrow, so be sure to check in when you can get away from the cheek-pinchers and/or pry yourself away from the turkey for a minute.
Oh, and one last thing. Note the spelling correction in what used to be “Zerawulf Studios” at the bottom of each page. If you didn’t see it before, then good. If you did, it’s all Typh’s fault. But that’s okay, cuz we still love the crazy guy. ;)

How do ya like the new site? Thanks to Typh for designing it for us. Not that the last one was bad, just...well, this is more user-friendly, don’t you think?
Look for some more screen shots soon, and possibly some more music samples. Uh...and that’s about it for now.

We’re still working on it. Don’t worry.

Crickies...has it really been a month since the update?
Well, we’re still here and working hard. We should have some new screen shots soon, and maybe a mini-update about progress made and work remaining. For now, there’s a few new Character Bios for you to look at. And we will be adding the bios page and other unlinked pages to the main navbar soon. Really. No, no, I mean it.

I’ll keep it short and sweet...we have a Big Update for ya. Check it out!

The Questions section has been updated with a couple of new questions.

As promised, we’ve answered fan-submitted questions in the new appropriately titled Questions section. We may add to this section in the future, so whenever one of us gets around to it we’ll put up a more permanent link to the left with another spazzing sprite to go with it.
Also, Zer and I are working on a long-overdue update, with screen shots and music and sounds and info...you know, A3-style. ;) Look for that sometime soon. Until then, this is Seawolf, signing off.

Everybody welcome Phoenix, the fiery bird of laziness, who is now our newest beta tester.

It’s been a long time since we’ve updated, but that doesn’t mean work hasn’t been done. As you can probably tell from looking at this, Typhoon has created a new site for us as Antioch Wars’ new Head Web Guy. Let’s give him a hand, shall we?

Quite a major thing, this time: We have a Forum! Thanks goes to Seawolf for setting it up. Go check it out.

Phew...been over a month since the last update, but that’s only because I’ve been too busy working on AW to update the site. First, I’d like you all to welcome Shade, the Rent-A-Sniper, who’s now a beta tester.
Okay, so he’s already our press secretary, but now he’s a beta tester too. So there.
And since I didn’t make a news post when I did it, the screen shots have been updated. There are a couple new ones, plus the removal of an obsolete one. Enjoy.

Confession time.
What Seawolf said about AW not being dead is true, in more ways than one.
This was just an April Fool’s joke. My hard drive is fine, all the files are backed up, and I’m still working on Antioch Wars. I’m a little surprised that nobody was even a little skeptical about this (or if they were, they never said anything), but I guess that’s the way things (unfortunately) work out. I have learned my lesson from this, and I know not to do this next year.
I apologize quite deeply and sincerely for those who I’ve tricked, and hope you can forgive me.

Antioch Wars is not dead, and I am going to be sure Zer knows this next time I talk to him. Even if he is no longer part of it (which I doubt will be the case), AW will carry on without great delay. I foresee this affecting very little...whatever was lost can be redone and is a drop in the bucket compared to what is completed.
Fear not, everyone. The day Zer thought would never come is not really here. He may be the last that will realize it, but he will realize it.

Well, it’s the first update in awhile, and it’s not a pretty one. This is the day that I never thought would come.
Antioch Wars is dead.
This morning I suffered a rather nasty hard drive crash, which had the rather detrimental effect of completely eradicating any and all files on my computer. Needless to say, this also includes all the Antioch Wars files. While Seawolf has a good portion of the game, there is a rather sizeable chunk that I had done since the last time I sent him the files. In addition, there are a number of files that, in an attempt to keep zip file sizes down, I never sent him. Not only that, but I had a huge database of RPGMaker resources built up...All gone. As of today, I have no intentions of personally continuing Antioch Wars. Seawolf can, if he wishes, continue it himself, but I am hereby retiring from RPGMaking.
I know many of you will be very disappointed by this announcement, but fear not. I plan to release the story of Antioch Wars in the coming week, along with whatever files I can manage to scrounge up from people I’ve sent them to and places I’ve uploaded them to.
Again, I sincerely apologize for this unfortunate turn of events, and hope that you can understand that I have given this much thought and that is with quite a heavy heart that I do this.

It’s now time for the AW mini-update! There’s no page for it yet, but there is some important information. Part of the history behind Antioch Wars is based on a number of other community-based things. Since these have nothing to do with Antioch, I’m sure most of you haven’t seen them. And so I present to you the links to things that you should check out at some point to get a little insight into the game’s background. Also, since these do follow some semblance of a storyline, check them out in the order they’re listed.

Just a quick note: for those who don’t have RPGMaker2K already, you will unfortunately need to download the 11 meg “RTPe.exe” to play the demo or other future AW downloads.

At long last...the Antioch Wars demo is up!
Check it out in the Downloads section!

Well, it’s been about 2 months, but I finally got a real banner for the Downloads page. Though there are no new downloads yet, expect an update before next week.

Hey gang, Seawolf here. Lotsa news for ya...
Biggest thing is that there’s five new Screen Shots you oughta go check out. Also, be sure to look at the About section for an update on the AW crew. Zer is out of town for a few days, but when he gets back we’re going to work on a new demo for you all and a prettier website. That’s it for now...until next time, this is Seawolf, signing off. (God, it feels good to say that after so long...)

I’ve placed the Antioch Wars teaser into the new Downloads page...never mind the fact that it has the wrong banner; I’ll fix it when I get home from school.
LotR in 2 days. I’ve got my ticket...do you?

I’m currently working on a production update for Antioch Wars, which will hopefully be finished within the next few days.
In other news, Lord of the Rings opens in 6 days. Go see it! I command you!
