Yeah, so it looks like somebody hacked our site. The good news is that we finally have an appropriate title, "I Like It in the Ass Forum," to reflect our true passion for sodomy. —Magnum

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury... I'm just a caveman. I got trapped in some ice, and was later thawed out by some of your scientists. Your world frightens and confuses me...

I love you, typh.

A really dumb SNL skit that shouldn't have been funny but was anyway because Phil Hartman was a badass.

Fascinating. But why exactly did Magnum channel the Hartman spirit on the Chatter page, and why does he love you?! I must know. —Phoenix

Thanks. My favorite page (besides the Cancellation Post, of course) is the Episode III Mailbag, featuring a young Mack, Styles, and you, back when we all still gave a shit about Antioch.

It's really starting to get creepy how long we've been here. A3 was cancelled in November 2001, which means we've been here two years while TAC was alive and four years while TAC was dead.

Getting the dates for that Community Timeline was a bitch and a half. I'm surprised I was able to get as many as I did. I had to look through my old AIM/MSN chat logs to get the date for the Ashenvale switch-over (I found an October 1st chat with Phal where we were talking about the EZBoard getting locked for some reason, then about how much cooler the PHPBB was than the shitty EZBoard).

What threw me off is I thought we were at the EZBoard for a lot longer than we actually were. I guessed late 2000 to early 2003, but it was actually early 2001 to late 2002; less than two years (21 months) overall. We've been here at AF for 30 months, which is our record so far (and it doesn't look like we're moving again anytime soon). —typhoon

Unfortunately "Phoenix (CWAL)" is PyreLight, not me. I think I sent in a question that wasn't answered, though. And yeah, it's pretty awesome/creepy that our 6-year (six! years!) anniversary is coming up in a month. Conincidentally, it will be two days later than the two-year anniversary of AF.com. Looking through old chat logs is pretty fun. Also, "Forever" is an awesome theme. — Phoenix

Phal actually designed that around two years ago (here's his original mock-up). I remember I told him to design whatever crazy shit he could think up without regard for how I'd turn it into a web page, you know, so he wouldn't hold back. Then he sends me that, and I'm like, "WTF, how am I supposed to code this?! I'm going to make Magnum's red moon thing instead."

IE makes an awful mess of the transparency, of course, so the finished product'll have to languish in obscurity. Oh well, the sense of closure is nice.

That Phoenix (CWAL) thing would make a great question on an Antioch Jeopardy game. —typhoon

Nice work on all the TAC pages lately, typh. —Phoenix
